Disliked: The fact that I woke around 3 am and had a thought I had not locked my car , so I went out to check forgetting my room key , leaving it inside. I regrettably had to wake the on site Manager who told me that they did not have access to duplicate keys and would have to message the duplicate key custodian . I never heard another thing from the Motel Manager , I waited an hour , bare in mind I was basically stranded on the street. I initiated my own actions and called a locksmith at 4 am to let me in my room which cost me $250.00 . This is a cost I beleive the Motel should pay and the action they should have taken at that tijme given they had no duplicate keys. You cannot expect your guests to sort to solve their own predicament when clearly their Operational System ( no duplicate key on site ) is inadequate. I want a refund of the $250.00 immediatley.

Disliked: The lounge TV didn't work, the bedroom light didn't work, when I called reception nobody answered.

A little disappointing.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable, the pool was wonderful on hot days and location was very good.
Disliked: The shower pressure and spa were disappointing and there was no door on freezer so everything in fridge froze.
