OK for reasonable price

Liked: Central to shops. Old but clean. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: It is in great need of maintenance. Smoke alarm broken and missing. Exhaust fan in bathroom missing. Windows screens broken so couldn't open the windows for fresh air.
