Never again horrible experience!

Liked: NOTHING, I left after the first night but had to pay for the 2 nights booked. The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. They didn't even ask why I was leaving.
Disliked: RUDE STAFF, noisey carts being wheeled by my room, people yelling and swearing down the hall. I specifically searched for a hotel that allowed my dog which booking.com listed as so. The horribly rude and nasty check in person read me the riot act and threatened to kick me out if she barked!

Liked: The hotel was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. My family enjoyed the window seat. Nice tall ceilings gave it an open feel, really good for a tall guest. The complimentary continental breakfast was good. The pool water was very warm and delightful. The pool was clean and salt was used to manage as opposed to chlorine. The pool was my favorite part of the stay. In a town with no other options to stay this was a convenient option for being able to stay only minutes from our destination.
Disliked: The hair dryer was beaten up and barely blew hot hair. The heat in the room was odd in that it would heat it to temperature and if it was too hot the air conditioning or cold air came on at full blast to cool it down quickly. That was a shock and chilling when it happened. It made it uncomfortable at times. The TV was on the smaller side and difficult to see from the second bed. The light in the room was quite dim. There were no towels at the pool and no sign explaining where to get them. I later learned on my own that you had to grab them from the front desk area while I was requesting new room towels as we had used ours when we realized we needed them. The fitness room was locked and required a key from the front desk to get in as opposed to using your room key as you could do with the pool. The driveway was not sanded in the snow storm we had and it made it challenging to get out of the driveway which is a steep slope into a very busy road. And parking was sparse. And lastly, the walls were quite thin. I could hear a lot of sounds from the hallway and neighboring bathrooms. The lady next door liked to sing in the shower. We could also hear coughing and snoring coming from rooms around us. Luckily we didn't have very loud or rowdy neighbors but if that had been the case it would have been quite bothersome.
