Wost stay ever.

Liked: The only positive feedback I have was that the breakfast was ok, and the pool was ok.
Disliked: Check in, and the guy won't even talk to me in English. He gets the manager, they again agree and try to charge me 250$ fee. They tried to charge me a 250$ early check-in fee.So we leave and get stuff and come back at normal check-in. After we talk to the next person we find out that they coukdent find our reservation.The first guy had already tried to check us in making a mess of our reservation. The overall smell in the hotel is like mustard gas. Bleach and pool are just sickening to smell. The room is not as described. The bed is way smaller. The staff are not very pleasant to deal with.Overall, I don't think we will ever go back to this hotel. The toilet paper roll in the hotel is almost empty. No extra rolls. Klenix box is almost empty. Towels were on the floor. The bed is hard as a rock, paid for a queen sized bed, and only got a smaller double bed. No ice bucket. Had to go a search for one, and I had to grab extra towels from the pool.Coffee maker but only has 1 cup. Had to grab cups from the morning breakfast downstairs. The fridge is dirty. Walls look like someone fingerprinted, and they tried to wipe it up. The shower has no water pressure, and inconsistent temp (ice cold or just warm) is hotter than hellI have white socks on, and they are now black. For 580$ Half the stuff that's listed in the amenities is absent from the room. I can think of several other hotels that would or could have been better to stay at for the same price. Only positive feedback that I/ we have was the pool was ok, and the included breakfast was ok.
