Liked: The hotel was very nice and quiet. Clean and everything in the room worked. The bed and pillows felt amazing I'd definitely stay again.
Disliked: I had to switch my room twice because the room door key was malfunctioning.

Disliked: I was not able to stay there because I guess that have a new policy where local ppl can not stay there and was told that and they would cancel it but they put the wrong reason why cancelled because my credit card was valid.

Great deal in a nice...

Liked: We like our stay here more than what we initially expected. The staff were very friendly at all times and our room was taken care of by the evening as we came back from our busy day. It was close to Fort Moore, the reason why we went to Columbus area.
Disliked: Not that I didn’t like it, more like I was expecting it to be a bit different, it was breakfast. You will make your own breakfast and they didn’t have eggs (because of my dietary restrictions, I need to have eggs in the morning). Other than that, options for breakfast were great.

Came on a mission and...

Liked: Good and quiet location where the hotel is located
Disliked: Being placed in a room across from a loud church session on Sunday with no consideration of us resting up early morning to leave back out on the road or even better don’t put anyone in the room across from a session as if it ain’t a disturbance to the ones who wants peace for their bucks Should have put us in a different room away from the event room also I upgraded my reservation on my room online before hand but wasn’t placed in my upgrade once arrived in town. AFTER struggling with a cheesy lady who obviously didn’t know how to run a debit card cause she was too busy letting her giggles get in the way. And I had 3 different cards I attempted to ask to pay for my room with them thereafter I was told ATM by the wall she said you gotta get cash if you wanna pay for your room without any indication that they don’t take any bank or debit cards after I made the reservation online with a debit card make it make sense I tried the ATM machine inside of the hotel and it said there is a $200 limit so may I recall the room was worth $700 $800 so I’m saying to myself you expecting me to make 3,4,5 withdrawals to pay for this room, but I guess her 4 sets of eyes glitching one left and one right from her giggle syndrome must say it was surprisingly weird to be greeted at the front counter with just laughs and then you gotta go get cash after a 9 hour drive
