Disliked: There was not any.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel, my 1st time in a Microtel. The price was fair for what I received and the facility was clean.

Liked: Clean room; had everything I needed/expected. Facility was quiet. I felt safe in my surroundings. The check-in lady was extremely friendly.
Disliked: The Continental Breakfast could be upgraded a little. It's pretty skimpy.

I was not expecting much of this hotel - however, I was pleasantly surprised. Sold out, yet super patient staff, with attention to detail and great suggestions for local food. Clean rooms. They stepped up to the plate with a sold out status, and everyone was wonderful!

Liked: Super friendly staff; clean room.
Disliked: No complaints here!

I love Microtels, on road...

Liked: Good prices for a quick night stay after being on the road for 12+ hours
Disliked: Air didn’t seem to work too well, son was complaining he was hot all night.

Disliked: The comforter is as thin as the sheet. They need and extra blanket.

Disliked: The access to the hotel parking lot is difficult. The least favorite thing was that the top blankets on the bed were way too thin. Need something thicker or an extra blanket in the room. Or an in-between blanket between the thin comforter and sheet

Liked: Clean, the room we had the lay out was different. Large room for the price. Had like a cool bar set up.
Disliked: The staff were not very welcoming. Had an issue with the TV not working and called for new batteries to the remote, they had no batteries brought up another remote, but that didn't work either. The TV was the issue. The shower curtain would not stay shut so the water was everywhere by the time I was done.

Liked: I loved the location.
Disliked: U have to stand there and wait on a front desk person for awhile. You go outside to the after hours bell ring it still have to wait 5-7 minutes for someone to come. If they working they should be out there especially if your expecting reservations. I checked in at 6 and still waited 20 mins for someone to come to the desk. Also they habe amazing tubs. But they are brown. Haven't been washed or scrubbed in awhile. That sucked. Had to door dash cleaning supplies to clean the tub to use it.
