Liked: Staff was great, breakfast was good, rooms/beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Not enough pillows or towels for my family to use. Received even less towels after room service cleaned the room.

Convenient comfort for a great...

Liked: The girl was less than a miles away from the baseball facility. On arrival, our room was ready and the staff were so kind. The beds were comfortable and we always appreciate a shower with great water pressure. After check out, We recognize we left a family favorite blanket and when we called , the staff collected from the room and held onto it for us to come back and get. So thankful!

Liked: The facility and the service was great.
Disliked: The real the rooms were a bit small. No refrigerator or microwave in the room. The other guest were horrible, loud and inconsiderate of others.

Be more aware of what...

Liked: My experience was ok, I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and neat. I wasn't pleased at how I was charged for an additional night when I had already checked out. But thanks to Haylee, who was so sweet and professional, corrected the issue, and got my refund back to my credit card. And with all that being said, I probably would consider staying again. Just the next time, I will be more vigilant about who I'm in front of at that time and what's being place on my card.
