Not a place I will stay again when in town.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Booked 2 queens and got 1 queen and I was traveling with my 23-year old son. I was told Booking.com messed up and has done that a few times. Then another woman at the counter says they're double booked. She has only smoking rooms left for people who requested non-smoking - so did Booking.com mess up or did I just lose my original room to someone else? Water damage in the bathroom, mold in the seams of the tub, no coffee, no fridge ...

Horrible. Never will stay here...

Disliked: The property was horrible. Nothing was clean. The bathroom sink and tub did not drain the water. Bed was uncomfortable. Curtain rode was not all the way on the wall. Just a horrible hotel.

Absolutely trash, hotel and staff

Liked: Near the interstate that was nice
Disliked: Upon check-in, we had no blanket for our bed in the room. We had no clean towels the towels that we had in our room were dirty. The room had not been cleaned when we got there and when we spoke with the front desk person, they said there was nothing they could do about it, the housekeeping would be there at 11 the next day we couldn’t get money back like that when we returned that evening around 11 PM we still had not received towels or so much as a blanket. My wife went down to the front desk to retrieve them, but absolutely customer service or professionalism on this property.

Decent but Suprisping.

Liked: The price and location were good. Breakfast was prepacked. Coffee was good. Kitchen area was very clean.
Disliked: Had to be moved to different room twice. First room was untidy. Second room furnace wasn't working and no phone. Asked for 2 rooms next to each other. Did not happen. Kid's toys in hallway and blankets spend in hallway. No cart for moving luggage.
