Liked: Front desk staff was nice, and helpful! I want to give a big THANK YOU to the housekeeping staff and front desk as we left one of my daughter's absolute favorite plush toys and didn't realize till we got home, when I called the woman working let me know she would chat with the HK Staff and give me a call back, she called back super fast and they are going to mail it back to us!
Disliked: Breakfast was lacking unfortunately, there was only sausage and tater tots in the silver trays wouldve liked to see at least some eggs! Pool was unfortunately closed for maintenance, but wasnt the end of the world for us!

One of the worst hotel...

Liked: Looks fine from the outside and that’s it.
Disliked: It was expensive. The room was not clean. Dust everywhere. Sheets were ripped. Bathroom was dirty. We asked to change rooms and they were accommodating. The bathroom in the second room was clean but still had a lot of dust and we had to clean it ourselves.
