The do not clean rooms or make beds daily. The carpets are filthy and mouldy. We had two rooms on the floor and both were truly nasty.

Liked: The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The room was filthy. It had clearly been flooded recently. It was mouldy and disgusting.

Bad

Disliked: The hotel is very nice and comfortable, the only bad thing that happened to me was the terrible way in which the person at my check-in treated me. It was the night shift and the truth is that he treated us in a very rude manner and did everything with anger and gave me a completely dirty room and that is not fair.
