I may stay again, but...

Liked: The location is great for people visiting West Chester University. The outside of the property was good. The front desk agent was nice.
Disliked: Only one man was working the front desk upon arrival around 6 pm to check in, and several people were waiting. The room was an accessible room on the first floor. There was no storage area in the shower for toiletries other than a seat and only a small ledge above the sink...no counter. The electrical outlets were missing covers in the sleeping area, and the light switches and exhaust fans were dirty. The room was not quiet. We heard alarm clocks, people walking above us, and the HVAC control unit was rattling, so we turned it completely off.

Liked: I enjoyed the bed the most, it was very comfortable. The room was clean and I was delighted with the art that was crafted with the towels, toilet paper, and bed sham. My room was quiet.
Disliked: The security of the exit door was being propped open by rocks.
