When you walk into the lobby it looks nice and clean. The staff was OK. The room was very clean and the bed was not comfortable. The mattress was hard and not easy to fall asleep. I probably won't be back in the future.

Liked: I thought that the room was awesome and very clean. The room had lots of room to walk around.
Disliked: The breakfast was terrible. The food was overcooked and the biscuits were hard as a rock and didn't taste very good. There was only one kind of cereal.

Disliked: The TV in my room did not work. When I notified the front desk, I was told someone would get back to me, no one got back to me. If you wait at the front desk and ring the door bell as requested if no one is up there. You will be waiting for 30 minutes to an hour. The room door also didn’t latch which was a huge security issue for me. Anyone could walk in at anytime. The lock on the door also didn’t lock. I notified the front desk. I was told someone would get back to me about it, no one got back to me about it. There were only 3 breakfast options out and all the juice was gone from the dispenser and no staff around to notify. The towels in my room were dirty, the shower in my room did not look like it was ever clean. Chunks of hair were everywhere. There were crumbs on the floor in my room.

Totally satisfied because of staff...
