When you walk into the lobby it looks nice and clean. The staff was OK. The room was very clean and the bed was not comfortable. The mattress was hard and not easy to fall asleep. I probably won't be back in the future.

Liked: I thought that the room was awesome and very clean. The room had lots of room to walk around.
Disliked: The breakfast was terrible. The food was overcooked and the biscuits were hard as a rock and didn't taste very good. There was only one kind of cereal.

I won't be returning.

Liked: I'm not sure. Everything was OK besides what I didn't like.
Disliked: The blinds in the spa room were broken, no privacy. The spa didn't have a plug so I had to ask for one, the breakfast sucked. I had a headache and none of the vending machines didn't carry travel items. The room smelled like urine.

Liked: Not a thing. It was not worth the money. service was no existent. Attitudes were poor. Felt like I was staying in a 3rd world hotel. Pretty sure the managers were living in the property. do not go
Disliked: Rooms were separated by a floor because pets had to be on the first floor. But they were out of rooms on the first floor so new pets were invited to the 2nd floor. The manager was not flexible and not willing to make any changes. I'm pretty sure we were on camera even in our rooms, we found holes in the bathrooms where there could have been a camera. The first floor room had a building spot light shining directly into the room which made it daylight all night long. There was no hot water for long periods of time. The breakfast sign indicated breakfast was served until 9:30, but they started cleaning it up at 8:30 every morning. The managers didn't turn on the lobby lights at night so you walked into the dark. and both mornings, the older manager used a commercial leaf blower to clean the carpets in the halls making incredibly loud noises before 8 am.

It was a very good...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Options good. The basics were all there and that was what we were looking for. We asked for microwave a d refrigerator in room. Micro not there BUT refrigerator there. We could have used another chair as there was only a desk chair.
Disliked: Well, the upgrade at no extra cost to 2 queens was a nice idea withno extra cost was nice but we lost the couch to sit on and possibly that micro. We therefore had no comfortable chair. We were there to visit and not leave motel. I would have liked to know ahead about losses with upgrade
