The price was very reasonable and the staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. Will definitely stay there again next time we go to a concert in Tuscaloosa. Thank you!

The only thing I enjoyed...

Disliked: Bed covers too short. Mattress too soft, couldn’t get out of bed easily.No additional cover. No material on how to operate the TV but 2 remotes on table. No continental breakfast provided but was on web site, which is false advertising. 2 fire alert went off during stay. Handicap bathroom not suitable for female lodging plus no trashcan in bathroom. Only 1 tiny trash can for whole suite. No ice bucket for ice.; mini fridge not cooling. Handicapped room on 2nd floor inadequate safety features..

Liked: All good on the 1st floor till the room above me was occupied by 4 individuals. The stomping and dropping stopped by 11p.m and started again at 6. THEY should have been 1st floor and me on 4th. I AM a senior but do not need senior accommodations. Other than that great!!

Disliked: No coffee in room. I u Destany about not wanting to clean but for the price and the towels were small and they did not give new towels and wash clothes. No ice bucket

Disliked: I used to stay in this Microtell a lot a few years ago, but something happened to it.No breakfast, noisy room, no coffee in room. We weren't told there was no breakfast until after we paid for room. We had spent the last two nights in a Country Inn and Suites and it was less money, full breakfast and great stay.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!Farewell Microtell, never again!
