Liked: Breakfast was a huge disappointment! Only offered cereal, toast, and make your own oatmeal. Pancake machine was there with nothing for it. Too many easy breakfast options that they could have added.
Disliked: Elevator was being serviced the next morning but was not informed until we were leaving to get on it. Luckily stairs were not an issue. Staff did nothing to make our stay more enjoyable. Hotel needs an upgrade!! AC never worked like it should either. Mirror was damaged.

Worst hotel ever

Liked: This was the worst experience at a hotel. Would like a full refund. It was dirty, the staff acted like we were wasting their time during check-in and check-out. There was zero customer service. The room was damp and muggy, and the shower had no hot water. The mirrors had weird black lines through them, the sink was stuffed with hair and didn’t drain. There were no places to hang your towels. The elevator was being serviced right at 10 am - 11 am during checkout…so I had to carry my 74 y/o mom down the stairs, not to mention our luggage. Horrible hotel.

Disliked: Never stay in this hotel . The hotel is super dirty, the elevator broken, the stairs full of dirt and dog food on every staircase. The room smelled bad, the sheets with cigarette burn mark. Breakfast is disgusting because of the dirt
