Worst experience you could get

Disliked: Absolutely the filthiest room I’ve ever seen. Was only there for a couple minutes before I left and stayed at a Hampton . Dead mice, at least two alive ones in there, disgusting floor, old food on the ac unit, didn’t get my money back either for it. DO NOT STAY HERE

Disliked: Horrible experience. At check in I requested a quiet room , ex not near an ice machine. I was in Rm 138 and heard fairly steady door slamming my 2nd night. I got to bed about 9 pm to have to check out 4:30 the next am. At 11:15 and 1:30 talked to staff. They did nothing to help. Manager Venita would not return my calls. As a Wyndham rewards member I would expect more cooperation, and some compensation. I checked out at 4:30, dropped my friend off at the airport for his early flight, then drove 7 hrs back to Webster NY, nearly fell asleep by myself on the highway, drove about 2 hrs to the Cleveland area and fell asleep at a gas station.
