Liked: It’s close to shopping which is why we traveled to Ohio. This is the second year we stayed at you hotel
Disliked: The only thing was the water when taking a shower was not real hot.

Disliked: the door had a gap and you couldn't use the safety latch the pool smelled dirty and the breakfast was nothing

Disliked: The smell of smoke, the bottles and lighter under the bed. The fuse blew when we used the microwave.

Disliked: The breakfast was horrible. I went down about 15 minutes after they were to open breakfast. There were 5 bagels in the container, I think what was French toast that you could put in the toaster. No milk or cream cheese in the cooler. Our light between the beds wasn't working so we told the front desk they said they would move us to another room if we hadn't messed up the beds yet. So we stayed in the room. The TV on the wall was crooked

Extremely disappointing.

Liked: The breakfast was the bare minimum. There was coffee, juice, and items to toast. there were no hot items to eat and no fruit available as well.
Disliked: The staff did not know what eating amenities were in the area. There was a broken towel rack in our room and the phone did not work for wake-up calls.

Very convenient location and access...

Liked: It was nice quiet and peaceful-breakfast was always on time and attendant helped if needed
Disliked: Back door to bldg more secure
