Property directions were incorrect

Liked: I DID NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL BECAUSE THE CONFIRMATION LINK DIRECTIONS LED ME TO ANOTHER WYNDHAM PROPERTY THAT WAS CLOSED FOR CONSTRUCTION. I WAS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED AND DROVE TO THE NEXT CITY (CHAMPAIGN, IL)AND STAYED AT A MICROTEL THERE. I AM WAITING TO FIND OUT IF MY NON-REFUNDABLE PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED SINCE THIS WAS NOT MY ERROR.

Liked: There were several restaurant choices within walking distance. Plenty of on-site parking. Spacious rooms. 10 minute drive to the town centre.

Liked: Stay was amazing very clean very comfortable good breakfast. STAFF WORKING FRONT DESK SHOULD NEVER GIVE OUT INFORMATION ABOUT ANYONE STAYING THERE AND SHOULD NEVER GIVE A KEY TO SOMEONES ROOM JUST CAUSE THE PERSON CLAIMS TO BE A HUSBAND OR BOYFRIEND AND CAN TELL YOU THE PERSONS BIRTHDAY LONG STORY SHORT I WOKE UP TO A MAN STAND OVER ME AND THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN IN MY ROOM

Liked: Could not find my reservation. I had to book it all over again and they would not honor my prices. Thank God booking. Com fixed it. There were no microwave in the room. The room smelt heavy of freshener, the tub was dirty and the towels felt like sand paper
