Liked: Off the highway
Disliked: Staff ( desk clerks) no one was ever at the desk . In Oder to get help at the desk you had to call the phone and wait for someone to to come to the desk

Liked: Convenient, Comfortable, location close to where we met friends.
Disliked: Because of our positive experience, we stayed in a micotel in Winston Salem, NC and it was horrible. I would be happy to fill out a survey for that place bc as management you might want to know how bad it was.

Disliked: I traveled all my life, and this was the worst experience ever. We walked into a pre-book disability room with the lights on, the TV on, and the bed messed up. This was around 9:00 at night. The desk said they forgot to clean the room. I had to stay in an alternate room that did not meet our requirements. I had to move the following day after the original room was cleaned. Keep in mind this is only a two-night stay. On the first night, two vehicles with men outside our window were drinking and talking about moving weed from state to state. One of the cars was from Georgia, and one was from Connecticut. I reported to the front desk at 11:30 pm, and they finally stopped at 1.15 am. If something is not done about the way this facility is operated, someone one sooner than later is going to get hurt. They should not even advertise that breakfast is available. Cleanliness should be 0 out of 10. Travelers should beware. Stay away. By the way, the WiFi was bad, and the TV did not work correctly because we had the lobby remote (DUH)!
