Disliked: The elevator was broken, so we hauled our bags up 3 flights of stairs. They are short staffed, so it took 10 minutes to find an employee just to check in. Upon checking in, the staff member didn't know the hours for breakfast, pool, or the exercise room. There were questionable stains on the couch in our suite. Breakfast was slop pilled in a warming container with the worst coffee I've ever had.

Liked: Hotel was good itself, good price, breakfast is good, just the towels and bedding was old with stains, dark colour already, not white anymore, only 2 bath towels for 5 people, 1 small shampoo and conditioner for 5 people. They knew that we are coming with 3 kids and didn’t prepare. We gave cash deposit 50$, but they didn’t want to return without look the room, after they checked the room they didn’t want to return full deposit because one smallest towel had a pink stain from lemonade, my son spilled lemonade on it. That is totally normal, it was easy to wash, after discussion they finally returned my money but stuff should be more friendly and understandable. I work in a hotel and it is totally normal wear, something we have cosmetic on a towels or blood or other things, that’s why we have chemicals and laundry.
