Very dissapointing.

Liked: The breakfast choice was meager; I found only the Yogurt acceptable.
Disliked: At check-in I was greeted by an unfriendly clerk. He (young man) asked for my driver’s license and when I asked him why he needed it (because I thought the registration had all the information necessary) he did not provide a response but looked at me with contempt. I am very uncomfortable with giving away sensitive - identity enabling - information; it is a security risk. If my spam or phishing or fraud attempts increase - I will know why. Also - the toilet in 418 is not secured to the floor and the tub water spout is not - very very poor installations.
