Good value for money

Liked: Clean, beds are comfy, sheets crisp, would stay again.
Disliked: Was surprised at limited shuttle hours. No restaurants anywhere close by.Some of the staff could use a bit of training.

Liked: Great location from the airport.
Disliked: Small parking area.

Great place for a layover...

Liked: I liked the staff, especially Seth who was very helpful. Brian, the shuttle driver, was very nice too and a very calm smooth man at the wheel. Very pet friendly.
Disliked: Shuttle hours could cover a longer period. The toilet overflowed but shit happens. ;)

Horrible management and staff

Liked: We stayed there once before and we returned.
Disliked: We were turned away 12:49am because they wouldn’t us the photo of my ID in my phone. I told them when I returned I wouldn’t stay with them again. We returned at 2am with my ID and they said booking.com was denying my reservation. I wanted a refund but they said I had to go through booking.com. So I asked if I could pay cash for another room it was our valentines weekend and Tim the women that ran the counter did everything to Keep us from staying. My wife asked me what was I wrong I said she must be new. Then she said we were talking about her and refused service. As a Christian and a veteran I was extremely offended. Then she put us down as a no show so we couldn’t get a refund. Because of this experience I’m debating on bypassing all business with booking.com. If she would have canceled us instead of lying add saying we were no shows we could have been refunded. I will be writing to the BBB as well. She constantly gave my Columbian wife dirty looks because she wouldn’t it’s her ID either. Would you like to see the marriage license? I thought the 4 carat ring gave it away. I was extremely unhappy. If I don’t get a refund then Angela and Tim will learn how to treat customers Comfort inn and suites has no problem taking my wife’s id one time when I forgot mine. I think she booked out room thinking it was 12:49 am and she thought we were no shows but we were in twice. 12:49am and 2am after driving back to Layton and she still turned us away. My wife and I use booking.com a weekend. If we’re not satisfied or refunded we’ll never use it again
