Liked: Receptionist were pleasant and helpful. Will return again in the future.
Disliked: The breakfast could be better with fruit, juices, hot foods. The ice machine was on 3 floor, need one on e very floor.

Liked: NOT A THING IT WAS WORSE ROOM I’VE EVER BEEN TO..
Disliked: I didn’t like nothing about it…. It was dirty and smelled I booked a double bed and got moved down to a one bedroom because of roaches being in the room.. The second room was not cleaned the pull out bed had peanuts clothes and all kinds other food under it as was

Disliked: The staff did not honor the pool hours we were told that the pool was closed Within the hours that it should have still been open. It was my daughter's birthday so the whole point of me renting the room at Microtel was to use the pool because she had a mermaid theme so us not being able to get in the pool during our stay did throw things off a bit. Also, the Tub and just about the all the Towels were dirty & someone saw a roach downstairs in the Lobby.
