Disliked: No coffee in room; no door latch; stains in room.

Liked: The check-in process went one well.
Disliked: Although the room is labeled non-smoke, the smoke smell in the room and restroom is excessive, making it difficult to breathe and sleep. Breakfast food was not good. Only a few items were available, no fruits. Feels like we got out of the hotel too soon.

Liked: No elevator was working, had to tug my luggage up the stairs.

Disliked: Staff was not helpful. We had to refill the creamer ourselves.

Disliked: I couldn’t get a room. They had no electricity. I couldn’t get my money. When I made the reservation, no one told me that the electric was out. I would like my money back. Deborah Pride 443-310-6911
