Very disappointed
Liked: Location and reputation
Disliked: The entire 2 floor was not available. I found out laker that lack of help they closed off above stories rooms. I reserved 2 bed room and had to settle for a king size bed on 1st floor. Turned out to be a 1 queen pillow top bed suite. It was a bad choice. Had I known the lack of help and minimal rooms available I’d have made reservations somewhere else. Very disappointed. Went to make toast for breakfast only to find toaster didn’t work. Maybe because they have 2 egg omelet heaters and toaster on 1 outlet. Fire hazard. Very disappointed.

Dirty,pretty, but weird atmosphere with...
Liked: The beds were comfy the mirror in front of the bed was beautiful and the entrance of the place was pretty
Disliked: Nothing to do couldent find any swimming or anything like that customer customer service wasn’t that great would try to ask for something or have a conversation and had to talk to a screen under the beds had bottle caps and what not we had asked for some sort of something to make it a little more special as we were coming down for our after wedding party/sleepover and the room looked completely normal when we walked in after I received a message saying that something would be done

Why to not use booking.com...
Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: Making the reservations seemed to work fairly well. Checking into the rooms at the kiosk was cumbersome and the second room wasn't found, so our friends used their own phone to make their own reservation and got a better rate than the supposedly best rate that I got way in advance! Then I ended up having to track down a hotel staff-person who had to call a General Manager to make sure I didn't get charged for two rooms on my reservation. Between trying to check in and talking to staff and GM, I wasted a good hour! The time of day that booking.com sends survey emails is ridiculously early, before 6AM! I wasn't going to do this survey since the GM handled the second room not being charged to me; then getting this early morning email about the survey made me rethink doing your survey. So I will try my best to avoid booking.com to avoid reservation problems and the early morning emails about your "important" survey. Sad that your survey is more important than giving the best rate to those who book early and is more important than not waking up previous customers with survey email notices! Unhappy previous customer.

Great place to stay!
Liked: The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good, you could make an omelette or waffles !The suite had a small kitchen & adjoining room.
Disliked: Not a lot of seating in the breakfast area.
