Great location, great value, no...

Liked: how close it was to the outlets
Disliked: traffic, i didn't realize i was there during a fall festival which like added to the traffic.

We felt like family and...

Liked: All staff was exceptional. James was very helpful and informative. 24/7 coffee and tea station is a very nice amenity. Every time we returned - it felt like coming home!
Disliked: The soap and lotion dispensers were difficult for my senior citizen hands.

Liked: Perfect location, great staff, room was clean and view of Christmas festival amazing!!
Disliked: An extra cpl options at breakfast be great but that's just looking for something.

They checked me into a...

Liked: Property would of been good until they checked me into a dirty room which they said it was marked dirty the front desk lady should not of checked me into the room when marked dirty obviously
Disliked: There was poop still floating in the toilet and all splattered on the back of the toilet GROSS spoke with general manager James and the house keeping manager which told me secret service scuffed the bath tubs with their shoes but why would secret service be in the facility unsafe feeling
