Will not stay here again

Liked: Comfortable bed
Disliked: Shower was uncomfortable. The hot water in the shower was very inconsistent. Switching between hot and cold.Also a guest was placed in a room next to mine who was very loud, with noise continuing into the late hours of the night. Considering the hotel didn’t seem very full during Xmas holiday, I was surprised that we were assigned neighboring rooms.

Enjoy microtel no matter what

Liked: The location is out of the way away from the roads we arrived on Christmas Eve and left Christmas day there was no hot breakfast items just cold and the coffee was really dark and tasted burnt
Disliked: The swimming area wasn't comfy and the water was super cold and very dirty we could see oils on the top of the water and dirt in the corners at the bottom for an inside pool it sure looked like it was outside

Not a true suite for...

Liked: Location and entry ambiance. Decent breakfast area.
Disliked: Arrangement of the room was not conducive to watching TV. The sink should not be in the middle of the room. The bathroom sink had no space for anything to sit. This is supposed to be a suite. No closet for clothing and no plates or utensils. Picture attached of area that could have had a clothes hanger or coat hanger

Restful for me and my...

Liked: Very fresh,clean and updated. As a pet friendly accommodation , Microtel make MY travel easier.The staff are so nice. I have stayed at the Rapid City site several times; always a restful, excellent experience.
Disliked: No complaints.
