Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Raleigh, Raleigh

If we had enough time to search for another hotel prior to the show we were going to, we would have. Nastiest establishment I have ever been in. I am appalled to say we stayed there. The health department has been contacted, from what I understand. l'm not sure why they have slid through the cracks, but this situation didn't happen over night. Think twice before booking with this facility.

Liked: Absolutely nothing positive to say that would fall under positive.
Disliked: Disgusting Dive.

Would not recommend it.

Liked: Location to Time Warner Arena ( Wanut Creek).
Disliked: Burn holes in bedspreads; nasty carpeting; unfriendly staff.

Hotel overbooked, so when we showed up to check in, we were made to wait for 30 minutes in the lobby before being told that there were no more rooms available.... however a lady that checked in after me was able to get the key to the THREE rooms she booked???? They need to clean!! Sanitation score is a B! We had to go to a new hotel and were almost late for our concert.

The room was clean, however, the toilet leaked and the covers had a terrible odor

Liked: It wasn’t far from downtown and it was secured.
Disliked: The room looked like it was built in a rush/ threw together and some of the towels had strains on them.

Disliked: Breakfast was cereal, white bread wrapped in saran wrap, and make your own waffle batter. No hot foods or bagels or even pastries. Signs said no eating outside dining room. I asked for two queen beds and I am 100% sure those were doubles and not queen. Found gross things on bathroom wall and sheets had weird stains on them. Fire alarm went off at 1am on our last night there.
