We loved our stay very much. The staff were great and exceeded our expectations to the very best. We could have not enjoyed it any better than we did. Thank you to everyone.

Great place to stay, I...

Liked: My room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was nice having a refrigerator and microwave. The grounds were well kept, with the sidewalks shoveled clean from snow multiple times during my stay (it snowed like crazy for 3 of the days I was there). The staff was friendly and helpful. My stay was overall a great experience that I recommend to others!
Disliked: It would be nice to have some kind of meat (bacon) to go along with the waffles. However, considering the price I feel the breakfast was adequate.

Disliked: Our tv didn't work and instead of fixing it or moving us they made us stay in the room with 3 kids and no television and when I complained in the morning they didn't even apologize and just comped us 20 dollars which wasn't anything really.

Well, to sum it up...

Liked: Well, at first it was a good value located by restaurants and the highway
Disliked: What we did not like about the property was the night we stayed there was election night and it was really dark and Erie around the hotel. My husband got called into work so I invited a cousin of mine to come stay with me so her and her boyfriend came we left to go get something to eat went back to the hotel and then in the morning they called my husband and said that we needed to leave the hotel because I had company coming in and out of my room, which could cause a problem between me and my husband But the manager had no proof to back up what she said she treated my husband very rudely not welcoming at all the manager was very hateful. Snapped at my husband not sure at what point hotels got to the point where they treated people like that. Definitely lost a good customer being we stay there every weekend And she blamed it on the owners that the owners had surveillance of us, which is a lie
