Hot water would have been...

Disliked: No hot water in my sink or shower. The hotel did nothing about it. Avoid this one.

Place needs some updates.

Liked: We did not eat breakfast at this location .
Disliked: Our first room was not clean and was moved to a different room.

Good

Disliked: Room service staff did not speak or understand English. When asked to make my bed and take out the trash she indicated that she didn't speak English and I had to show her what I wanted her to do.

Mediocre.

Liked: Breakfast was mediocre no protein.
Disliked: Night staff not personable felt like we were inconveniencing her. A/C loud noises. Banging doors at 4am.
