Liked: It was clean ,front desk was great, lobby was clean ,rooms are clean, breakfast was disappointing, needed a little more food for customers.

Disliked: The hotel smelled, the rooms were dirty and the staff were not friendly. Overcharged me and had to dispute charges, worst hotel experience I’ve ever had,

Unhappy customer

Disliked: When I arrived two ladies were talking at the front desk. They were staff, looked at me & kept talking. I had to excuse myself for interrupting to get acknowledged. When I entered the room I found an orange odor fogger on the floor between the beds. The room & down the hallway reeked of this smell. A half hour later staff knocked at the door and said she forgot the fogger. I paid for 2 nights. I checked out the next day. My throat was sore from breathing that orange smelling fogger. So I paid for 2 nights and stayed only one! All of my belongings have that smell. I don't think setting off a fogger just before a check in is a good idea. It's not like a light spray to freshen an area.RespectfullyAn unhappy customer
