Quiet and very nice. I'll be coming back for a stay soon. The breakfast wasn't shabby either. LOL.

Liked: Nicer than other Microtele’s. LOVED the airport to property shuttle.
Disliked: When we arrived there was someone that didn’t seem to work there behind the counter. We had a late check in. We wanted to shower after traveling all day and leaving early in the morning. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom. Front desk didn’t answer when I called so I had to go down and ask for 2 extra towels. Front guy was not unfriendly but was not friendly. Hoped in the shower and found long black hairs all over the tube and walls. Had there not been for the hairs and towel issue my stay would have been great.

Liked: Airport transfers were handled well and very useful.Room was clean and of decent size.Receptionists were helpful
Disliked: Breakfast is minimal and no one was there to monitor or clear

Disliked: There were noises going on all night. When I left early in the morning the entire 4th floor smelled of marijuana, so someone must have been having lots of fun at my expense. The requested wake-up call came an hour early as the hotel did not update for the time change. The key for the room was not programmed correctly the first time I entered. The front desk staff laughed when I cringed with the 250.00 damage deposit my credit card was charged for a total of over 400.00 dollars of which I was assured will be refunded "within 3-10 days." The printer was not working and I wasn't able to get a receipt. I paid extra money for a hotel which I thought would be quiet and nice and I was sadly mistaken. On a positive note, the shuttle driver was very nice and a safe, cautious driver.

Disliked: No shower curtain in our room, never changed our sheets or towels in four days, toilet leaking, no toilet paper except what was on the holder, breakfast was microwaved frozen omelets & sausage every day, no salt because they forgot to order it, no orange juice, coffee awful, ran out of water bottles, daytime front desk clerk rude & hated to be interrupted from her games
