Probably just fine

Liked: Easy to get to, fair price, exceptional staff
Disliked: We didn’t actually stay the night, as the water heater in the building was broken and a repair person could not be there till the next day. The guy at the desk went out of his way to explain the problem to us and came up with a solution. He arranged for us to stay at a sister hotel with the same price. He stayed with us through the refund process and actually called the hotel to which we were referred to make sure everything worked out well. But we only saw the lobby, can’t comment on the rooms.

Liked: The location was perfect. The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly.
Disliked: There wasn't any hot water for showering. We had warm water in the microwave. Room and hall floors were dirty.

Liked: Breakfast as expected and was ready on time.Location wasn’t great. Not many restaurant choices unless you like fast food.
Disliked: Was supposed to be pet friendly but there was no dedicated area to walk dogs. The small areas of grass were not well lit or maintained. You need a flashlight to avoid stepping in the piles of poop not cleaned up by guests because there are no bags or trash cans provided. Staff was wonderful but it would be nice if they didn’t stand at the front door and smoke. Building was dated and in need of refurbishment. Front door was broken, countertop in bathroom was cracked, fan in bathroom was disconnected.

Liked: It was clean, close to the highway, and quiet.
Disliked: The heat/air unit didn’t seem to have a thermostat. The one on the wall wasn’t working at all. When we turned on the unit, it didn’t turn off on its own. We ended up leaving it off overnight.
