Excellent place to stay when...

Liked: Decent selection for breakfast, the pool was clean and well maintained and the staff were friendly and professional
Disliked: Breakfast hours should be extended to 10:00 instead of 9:00 because not everyone is traveling for business and would like to sleep in. They seemed to run out of food (certain items) by 8:00 which was disappointing

Inconsiderate, non-responsive, unfriendly staff. No...

Liked: We actually got breakfast this time!
Disliked: Terrible customer service, terrible maintenance. The furniture was dirty and stained, handprints on the windows in one of the rooms. We've stayed a number of times and I believe this will be the last opportunity for them to redeem themselves. Too bad - we always book at least two rooms each stay. We'll do our 'staycation' elsewhere in the future.
