Trash
Disliked: The staff was not helpful at all. I booked online and they didn’t say anything about a $50 deposit when we got there she made us pay a $50 deposit then there were gunshots and people arguing and it just was not comfortable to be in. There’s a lot of homeless that hangs around and it was just very very very uncomfortable.

Nasty bed clothes, rude front...
Disliked: The fact that on our previous trip we had to change rooms because of bed bugs and roaches. On this trip the bedding was nasty, and our vehicle got broken into and a bunch of our stuff stolen because we had to park in a "unseen area" of the parking lot. (Meaning there weren't any cameras in the area of the parking lot) When I told the jerk working that morning, he tried to make it my fault somehow. He wouldn't even look at any of the other cameras to see if it was another guest at the motel or somebody walking by in front of the motel; he just kept telling me to call the police. The area of the parking lot that we had parked in was all that was available to park as the motel was really busy. My husband is paralyzed and in a wheelchair, but we were not able to park in a handicap parking spot due to the overnight clerk parking his little car there so he can keep an eye on it.Speaking of handicapped.... I'm pretty sure that if you are going to offer services to handicapped people, then your property has to be ADA compliant. The automatic front door to the motel hasn't worked in over a month, the handicap lift for the swimming pool hasn't worked in longer than that, and the shower bench doesn't attach to the wall and slide when you try to get your handicapped loved one out of the shower. My husband was trying to come in on Saturday and the wind got a hold of the door after he struggled to get it open by himself and slammed it and shut on his face and arm. I am considering calling an attorney.
