Liked: The hotel was not staffed well and I only ever saw one employee at the front desk, during my 12 hour stay, who was also running the food area. I had to wait several minutes for an employee the three times I was at the front desk. My sheets had three pieces of hair on them so I had to request new sheets and remake my bed myself. My stay was comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure.

Liked: Room was too cold or too hot at times.The staff is friendly but Robert was amazing, very attentive and welcoming, respectful. Enjoyed my time there.

Liked: I stayed here after a long road trip from Boston, the staff were absolutely amazing, hands down the best I've ever experienced. I can't remember his name but the gentleman at reception couldn't be more helpful. He gave me soo many recommendations of things to do and see around Niagara, talked about the history and even printed me out directions. If you're the gentleman reading this, thank you, you were absolutely brilliant and I really do appreciate your time! Next time I'm visiting Niagara, I WILL be staying at the Microtel Inn!!

Liked: We loved our room. The beds weregret one thing that sets this motel. Apart from the others is the gentleman who helped us. When we arrived, he was outstanding, he made us feel so warm. Read it us like we were family and that we knew each other. I would recommend that gentlemen to your company. To get a raise for a good mist of he does for all of you..
