Liked: Easy access & nice room
Disliked: The room I was assigned/checked into had a temperature of 48 degrees and it took all evening & night to warm up to a tolerable level. I was cold. The next morning it many, many minutes to get hot water in the sink and the shower.

Would not recommend without examing...

Liked: Location was excellent. Parking lot well lit. Handicapped spot right next to door. Did have carts to unload car. Lobby was welcoming. Staff was ok but not great.
Disliked: Room cleanliness. Tv was positioned so that it was very difficult to see from the sofa. Resembled an older Motel 6 decor. Beds were comfortable but very dirty. Felt itchy and pulled back sheets to look and found dirt under the sheets. They need to hire more efficient housekeepers or retrain the current ones. I worked for Holiday Inn for years and this is not acceptable. The bed being dirty is the biggest complaint. Breakfast was decent. Not great, but decent. Waffles, hard boiled eggs, juice, toast, cereal, no coffee.

Disliked: Neighbors in room 123 had a door that would not latch and had to slam the door multiple times to get it to stay latched.

Liked: I did not eat breakfast. However the coffee in the room ,all 2 cups of it, was horrid.
Disliked: Everything…… the whole place was incredibly cheap!! My room had dirty floors. There were clumps of hair in more than one spot. My RA was terrible and I was really looking forward to the hot tub, it was extremely cold!! In the few minutes I was in there I watched a pile of ants running around next to the tub. All in all it was a horrible experience, so bad that I ended up leaving early. I definitely should NOT have had to pay money to experience that. Leslie.
