Wouldn’t have been bad if...

Liked: The hotel was in a god location with parking room for our truck and trailer.
Disliked: The room was pretty dirty. We got in late so went straight to bed. Didn’t see how disgusting the room (including bed) was until the morning.

Unacceptable

Liked: I arrived later in the evening, after already "checking-in" online. The room issued to me was left wide open. There was trash still in the trash cans/beer cans, pizza boxes in the refrigerator. All the bedding was stripped off and in a pile on the couch. No new clean linen. The bathroom defined was not cleaned. I took pictures of everything and immediately showed the front desk and asked for a new room. They said they were sold out. The front desk said she would talk to her manager about getting me a discount. That never happened. The front desk did go up and make the bed and give me new linen. However I still had to put the pillowcases on and hang up the towels that I wanted to use. The pool room is over saturated with pool chemicals, the humidity control does not work and the walls are falling apart. 1 out of 10 would not recommend.

Liked: I checked in the night before, and wasn't told until the next morning by two police officers and the hotel manager at my door that I wasn't allowed there! I said noone had told me while I was checking in the night before and then she went on to pursue me paying for damages apparently from my dogs at my last stay there. I paid of course but no one ever wants to be woken up to police at their door and kicked out of their room when it's negative thirty degrees outside and have no vehicle.

Liked: Poor breakfast, ice machines didn't work
Disliked: Check in online to make it smoother, they say....didn't work, had to present everything again at front desk when arrived at hotel.
