Very poor

Liked: The front desk lady was very nice and welcoming
Disliked: The beds were very uncomfortable, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, the bathroom door didn't latch, loose tiles in bathroom, and soft spot in floor near beds. Elevator wanted to move before doors were closed. Seemed like cleaners only spot cleaned instead of deep cleaning. No silverware for food, no changes for laundry at front desk. Pool was freezing. Water didn't get very hot nor was pressure all that great. Toilet began backing up.

Disliked: The Breakfast buffet could have been better prepared

Disliked: Could not accommodate the check in time I required. And was unable to even offer anything to try. This is why I won't be coming back anytime soon. I was working nearby and had a very long shift. I didn't want to risk falling asleep while driving home. So I wanted a room where I could take a nap after work and be safe. But nope. Couldn't do that. I couldn't check in until 4pm. That was absolutely useless to what I needed. So I risked going home. Very disappointed in the the flexibility of this hotel.
