This stay was the worst...

Liked: Absolutely nothing!!!
Disliked: This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Once again, we had an issue with authorizations and charges on the room. We arrived at 1:30AM. When we asked if we could resolve in the morning, the employee said "No, we are going to take care of this now!" The rooms were not clean and there appeared to be nail polish on the dresser and the carpet. There was a roach in the bathroom.Worst of all was the fact that the first night was very cold, which I assumed was due to issues with the AC. After we arrived late on the second night, the room was still cold. Upon inspection, I founds that THE WINDOW WAS OPEN AND WAS ACTUALLY UNABLE TO CLOSE SECURELY!!! As a result, my wife and I slept in a hotel room for two nights with a window that was open. More troubling, was when I mentioned it to our co-workers, THEY SAID THEIR WINDOW WAS THE SAME! When I mentioned it to the front desk, they simply had the maintenance block the window from opening at all. I believe this was probably a fire hazard.Neither the property nor Wyndham made much attempt to resolve this issue, other than offer me "Wyndham points." Why would I want to stay in a another Wyndham or Microtel. This hotel is a safety hazard and the local fire department should probably inspect.
