Horrible experience!!

Liked: Nothing good about this place.
Disliked: We wound up not staying at all because the staff had failed to correct a booking error that was gonna leave us staying in a room that the front desk person had to remove from “out of order”. We also had an extra hold on our account for over a week due to an employee mistake. It didn’t look promising at all when I was at the front desk trying to resolve the booking error and there was a bucket setting under a steady drip from the ceiling in the area where they serve breakfast. We left and found another place to stay.

Disliked: Room was dated and cabinetry was cheap and damaged

The hotel should be called...

Liked: From pre check in to checkout was a great experience. I would recommend this hotel on just that. The staff were very polite and knew their job. They answered all our questions and were most helpful with suggestions. The complimentary breakfast was above and beyond my expectations. They have quite a selection for many taste. Very family friendly. I have to give a special shout out to Loki, who was the first person we saw when checking in. Another shout out to Lori for helping to make our extended stay very easy to manage. Lastly, to James, who was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the area. Checking out was as easy as checking in. The cleaning staff were awesome, and my compliments to the chef for our who prepared our breakfast.
Disliked: There nothing that I didn't like but would like a suggestion to install a handrail on the side of tub as well as non slipping tabs for the bottom of tub.

Bad

Disliked: I moved to Indiana from ky about a month ago. I was in KY doing some work and I booked and paid for a room. After working all day I go to check in and I was told I had to pay and additional $100 for deposit because because my ID was in a 100 mile radius. I explained to the clerk the situation but they insisted on the $100 in cash in which I didn't have on me. I ended up staying at a friend's house because I couldnt get my room I paid for.

Disliked: The room could’ve used some work on the walls and shower area! Looked like it may have been patched but not that well
