Stay was great and pleasant

Liked: Was great and coffee all day long and freshly made for during day and night
Disliked: Bed a little bit to high cause I am a short person

Liked: the room was small but met our needs. the shower was big and lots of soap shampoo supplies. i liked the mini fridge. the mattress was comfortable. I liked the heater and fan.
Disliked: we stayed a total of 4 nights at this hotel. the second day, our room was not cleaned upon our return. I complained to the front desk and was given towels to replace our dirty ones. another room had this same issue and was getting towels as well. not acceptable. this is nonsmoking hotel. the room next to us was used by what I think were employees when they got off work at 6am. they smoked in the room next to ours with a connecting door. they had sex. they woke me up. I tried to go back to sleep but I could hear everything. then they started talking really loud and woke my wife up. She banged on the door and asked them to be quiet. i don't think they realized that we could hear everything and that the end room was occupied by paying guests. they said who is it? my wife asked them again to please be quiet. they stopped. we complained to the two employees at the front desk. they seemed horrified and shocked. Our room still stank of cigarette smoke when we returned at the end of the day. I believe this room is used as an employee break room. disgusting. we also smelled marijuana. the hotel staff overuses the Fabuloso cleaner to try and cover the smell. It didn't work. I wish there were different meat offered on the breakfast buffet. Having biscuits and gravy everyday was a hard pass for me. Please switch it up. Bacon, ham, link sausage, scrambled eggs.

Liked: I feel safe there. Free breakfast is usually okay. Staff are nice. I will definitely stay there again. Please note before you read the dislike area: I am pretty much just saying you get what you pay for. The cost was great. The rooms were clean enough to crash for the night. For the cost of the room, honestly, you cannot complain.
Disliked: The beds are hard…pillows are good and sheets felt new. The floors were not properly cleaned. Nor were things wiped down properly. By the time I got off work, and checked in, I didn’t have the energy to even bother changing rooms. (I clean with a disinfectant every time I stay in an hotel anyway) I Just wish the floors looked clean. It did appear the room was under a remodel at the time, so maybe that’s the issue.

Liked: Convenient location, ample parking, updated rooms
Disliked: Large hotel with many large families. Breakfast bar nearly empty.
