Disliked: someone had set alarm in room for 6:00 in am. Was very disturbing. It was dark and we couldn't figure out what the noise was and couldn't even find the clock in the dark.

Liked: My family was safe during Hurricane Milton, as we had to evacuate from our home. It was nice that we were able to find accommodations that were decent and in a nice neighborhood.
Disliked: The Internet and TV never worked during our stay, which was very disappointing, as at the time I was trying to keep track of the storm and didn't really have any other means to do so. It also would have been nice, to give ourselves a distraction at times, by being able to watch something other than news. Then of course, the power went out on the second night, and I was a little surprised when nobody came to check on the visitors and the fact that the stairs had no emergency lights working, but luckily we had brought a flashlight with us. I understand that the conditions can't ever be perfectly planned out, but I feel someone needs to think about what needs to happen in case of the next emergency situation, so that things go more smoothly.

Comfortable stay for the price.

Liked: The room was comfortable, though a bit dated. Overall, the property was quiet and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. There were plenty of places and types of dining options.
Disliked: The furniture was definitely in need of replacement, though the bed was comfortable.. The overall layout of the room was a bit odd and not what my understanding of what a "suite" should be; that being that the sleeping area was not able to be closed off from the main area, and only separated by a bar housing the sink, microwave, and refrigerator.
