Liked: Like location, good breakfast , good value
Disliked: Was out late taking in local entertainment an got text at 6:50 am wanting to know what time I was checking ,2nd text a 7:10 wanting to rate my stay , not impressed check out at 10 an had no need to be up before 7

Liked: The exterior of the building looked appealing. Upon arrival to the front desk, we received a friendly greeting.
Disliked: The inside of the property is clearly dated. Our room was small. There was a noise (dull ping) every 20 minutes or so that seemed to come from the refrigerator. I think that because the room was so outdated, it appeared that it was not very clean.

A good stay!

Liked: Friendly and efficient check-in and check-out. Great bed. Room was clean; bathroom needed some minor maintenance work. Overall, a good stay.
Disliked: Two thoughts:1. Hotel is getting close to the point where it will need freshening up (i.e., carpets and furniture). Humidity has taken its toll on the "pressboard" furniture and it appears to have reached its life expectancy. If a freshening up/renovation is not planned, owner should begin thinking about it.2. A bit disappointed in the breakfast. Mostly all carbohydrate and sugar. Nothing with protein; not diabetic friendly. Coffee was awful. On day two, we had breakfast somewhere else. My personal preference ... reduce the rate by a dollar or two and reduce the breakfast to coffee only ... or add a few dollars to the cost of the room and expand the breakfast to include something with protein. I know that management has probably made some difficult business decisions on what level of breakfast service to provide and it could be that the current arrangement is the best cost vs value choice for them, and I understand that. Just thought I'd express my thoughts.

Disliked: A/C unit was noisy and cycled on and off continuously. Free breakfast was pretty minimal.
