It was terrible. Our room...

Liked: The breakfast was good for one day and then there was not a full breakfast the rest of the days.
Disliked: If a property advertises WIFI then there should be WIFI. I had to bring work and I had to go to another location because there was no WIFI. I am contacting the manager and regional manager because staff was not willing to rectify this problem. There was not WIFI access the entire weekend. Then, our room was not cleaned once. We had to go downstairs on our last day to get clean towels from the front desk. Completely unprofessional. It was terrible. I could not believe our stay at this hotel.

Liked: Although the hotel needed updating and repairs, I witnessed the staff doing frequent cleaning, especially in the lobby to keep it looking fresh.
Disliked: The reservation process got extremely confusing. We booked through Booking.com and then requested a change (through Booking.com) for a room with two beds. This got communicated incorrectly to the hotel. We did get the room type we requested, but the reservation wasn't updated at the hotel, as the check-in assistant said it would be. This caused continued confusion. Additionally, on the second night we had extremely loud neighbors and didn't receive any assistance from the hotel. We really appreciate hotels that offer breakfast, and are fine with simple selections. Fresh fruit, bread, cereal, etc. The extra effort to offer hot food was very nice, however, the eggs and sausage were of very poor quality. And, it would be nice if a whole wheat or other type of bread could be offered beside white bread and white bagels.
