Liked: Breakfast was really very good. Lots of variety - waffles, hard boiled eggs, bagels, cereal, pastries. Endless coffee and juices 24 hours. Breakfast room was neat and clean. Staff left the TV remote so you could turn the channel or change volume etc. I went in early (7 am) and had the room to myself. Other guests showed up but it was never crowded. Very nice, it was the best breakfast experience at a hotel I've had in quite awhile!
Disliked: The smoke alarm in my room was missing. Desk staff was very understanding but they didn't have a replacement and the hotel was booked full so couldn't change my room. Manager said it was probably taken by last occupants. So I went without my first night there. Also, the TV played only music videos, not TV shows. BUT...the manager gave me a different remote and TV worked fine. They were very nice about this and both issues got solved for my second night, but seemed a bit careless they rented a room without a smoke alarm and with the wrong TV remote.................everything else was really good. Clean and comfortable.
