Liked: The room is spacious and clean. Customer service was a big disappointment.
Disliked: It was already a bad start with the front desk. Upon checking in I requested a room adjacent to my sister's, but the front desk informed me that rooms are assigned in the morning and that there was no way to accommodate my request. It would enhance my stay if the front desk were truthful about the hotel being fully booked, as I just checked online and saw that five rooms are still available. Is this a case of laziness or discrimination? I have stayed at numerous hotels where my requests were honored without any dishonesty. I am quite disappointed with the service I received at the front desk. Additionally, she did not mention the location of the elevator or the breakfast hours, which are standard information. I had to inquire about the details of the breakfast myself.

Awful stay!!!

Liked: The hotel was clean.
Disliked: The staff was rude, the bed was not comfortable at all. Staff was yelling in the hall and woke us up at 5 am. We checked out within 12 hours of arriving and went to another hotel.
