Room temp was too hot...
Liked: The room temperature was hot. It was late at night when we discovered this and tried changing the temperature, but it stayed at the previously set temperature.

Disliked: The fact that my card was repeatedly charged for deciding not to stay due to inaccuracy of description. It smells like cigarettes, it appears as though a family lives there. Drug deals in the parking lot.

Liked: We were traveling through on a road trip and thought it looked decent from reviews etc.We arrived and we wanted to pay cash. There was a deposit if paying cash..no problem. We handed our ID over to which the man behind the counter had odd behavior and tried to not give it back to us. We finally get one room key it doesn't work. Go back down and try again. We get in the room and it was dirty especially the bathroom. Walls and parts of things falling apart, what I assume were rust or other stains throughout the bathroom. No heating or air worked at all. It was very late and we just needed a few hours of sleep so we went to bed and left very early. Went to checkout and again the same man made the check out process a hassle and tried to not give us back our CASH secuirty deposit.Very much in need of repairs and updates and better front desk staff.
