Disliked: The sink faucet would not stop running

Liked: Very easy check-in and check-out, the staff is friendly and easy to work with and the rooms are big enough and clean. We have stayed here maybe 10 times for ECO Football and will continue to.
Disliked: Like all Hotels, it's not too close to campus and football games but that is Greenville. It's not the Ritz, but you're not paying a premium for a 5-star room you will be in for maybe 8 hours a day. Go Pirates!

Disliked: Needs updates. Shower wasn't good. Cover fell off of heating/cooling unit. Only chair in the room had a nasty stain. Walls are thin could hear people in the next rooms.

Liked: The Housekeeping staff was helpful, polite, & kept the Hotel very clean.
Disliked: On 2/3/2024 @1:28PM, I called the front desk of the Microtel Inn & spoke with hotel employee. I advised her that I'm in room 137, & room 135 next door to me is making loud noises. She said she would contact them. More info under "Honest Feedback"
