Liked: Good location, friendly staff
Disliked: Our room was next to the door and under the stairs and our dog barked all night. The floor was sticky and smelly.

Liked: value for money. breakfast was fine, on the highway, so easy to get in and out. (We were skiing at Copper mountain and were trying to live within our budget so decided to stay 35 miles away. but every day in the morning at 7:30 am departure and evening return at 4 pm - both times for 5 days it took us 1 hour and 40 mins each way. so this is NOT the right place for Copper mountain, but if you are doing other things, nothing wrong with the hotel).
Disliked: the front desk (night crew - particularly the girl in the blue head band/bandana, nose piercing.. either was a racist or one of the rude person i have come across. she was NOT welcoming when we entered the premise and did the check-in and i had 2 more interaction asking for extra towels etc., she was very unhelpful, rude and not willing to solve any issues. not sure if it is becos i was a colored person or she was just vanilla rude. at every instance of checkin, asking for room cleaning service, asking for extra towels, etc., she was just frustrated and unhelpful. With a 2 queen bed configuration,the room was that of a New York sized room .. very tiny and no place to walk around.

Disappointing. We did not get...

Liked: The location was great and the pool was lovely whilst we used it in the evening.
Disliked: The wind rattled all the way through our rooms as it was at the end of the hallway and it kept myself, my husband and my children awake throughout the night. At approximately 8am there was a full power outage and we had no shower, no WiFi, no breakfast and no hot water for drinks. The staff did not communicate with us at all about any of this.
