Liked: Sabrina and housekeeping were great. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: I was given a room that previously had a problem with door lock. Had to change rooms and it was during my dinner. I know things break but if you were already aware of an issue. Then I had an issue the first time I tried to enter the door and needed new keys. Then the next day was told had to move asap as they couldn't guarantee I could gain access that was a problem with me.I should have been asked to move after the first sign of trouble as this was an issue before I got there. I use to stay in this location when it was first built and of course I understand wear and tear. The toilet was leaking in the second room we were put in.Time to do some renovations. Sabrina ,Housekeeping and the gentleman at front desk were excellent.
