Room clean.Hot water never ran...

Disliked: Asked for extra pillow. Never received one. Bathtub was hard to get into. No handles to hold.

Liked: Liked that it was so close to the convention center.
Disliked: Room was small. No microwave in room. I had called ahead of time and was told there was a microwave.Room was not clean. We were given four different rooms while there and three of them had major issues. Two had curtain issues, one of which the curtain wouldn't even close. After spending two nights in one room, the heater quit working and we had to change rooms late at night. The fourth room was better than the other three, although it still had cleanliness issues.We were very disappointed with our stay there.

Great, amazing stay
Liked: Everything was great, staff was great and very accommodating. Only thing I wish they would do is put more towels in the room instead of 2, and more pillows instead of 2: but other than that it was great for the price. Cheapest place I found for our trip.
