Overall, it was good. I...

Liked: Complimentary breakfast, TV and seating in the lobby, laundry services, vending machines, TV channels in the room, setup of the room, shampoo/conditioner, body wash in bathroom. Small building so quick and simple to walk to lobby/front desk/outside.
Disliked: Ice machine wasn’t working, stains on the couch cushion in the room, one of the lamps on the side of the bed kept flickering so I couldn’t use that lamp, the shower head was outdated and not working that well, so the water flow was horrible and made it complicated to take a shower and the window in the bedroom was very hard to open and close. And when closed- there was still an opening for cold air to come through.

While the staff were amazing...

Liked: Staff were super friendly
Disliked: Window was damaged, bed spread was stained, weird stains/old messes in the room, toilet was running and was loud, a lot of creaking from the tub when you are in the shower, room would shake when other rooms closed their door, could hear everything from other rooms, the breakfast was very limited in options (coffee, juice, bread, butter, waffles)
